Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Mungol AI for Unreal Engine 5 ("the Plugin") or the ai.mungol.com website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable license fee, Mungol Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Plugin in accordance with your license tier. Full license details — including per-seat limits and permitted uses — are set out in our License Agreement.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Plugin or any part of it
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Use the Plugin to build a competing AI assistant product
• Use more concurrent installations than your license tier allows
• Share your API key or license with parties outside your licensed team

The Plugin connects to the Anthropic API using your own API key. By using the Plugin you agree to comply with Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Mungol Studio is not responsible for Anthropic API availability, pricing changes, or policy changes.

Solo Developer licenses purchased via Fab marketplace are also subject to Epic Games' Fab Terms of Service.

Code, assets, text, or other content generated by Claude in response to your prompts ("AI Output") is produced by Anthropic's models, not by Mungol Studio. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI Output before incorporating it into your projects. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production use without review.

Ownership of AI Output is governed by Anthropic's terms. Mungol Studio makes no claim to AI Output generated during your use of the Plugin.

The Plugin, including all source code, binaries, UI assets, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mungol Studio and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

"Unreal Engine" and "Fab" are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Mungol AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games or Anthropic.

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MUNGOL STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Some features of the Plugin are in early-access or development stages. These are provided for preview purposes and may have reduced stability or functionality.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNGOL STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MUNGOL STUDIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

All v1.x updates to the Plugin are included in your one-time purchase at no additional cost. Mungol Studio reserves the right to release major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) as separate paid releases, though we have no current plans to do so.

• Studio: Priority email support at hello@mungol.com.
• Enterprise: Dedicated support channel per agreement.

Purchases via Fab marketplace are subject to Epic Games' refund policy. For direct purchases, contact hello@mungol.com within 14 days of purchase if the Plugin does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.

Your license terminates immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must uninstall the Plugin and cease all use. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, except where local mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
